General Manager

South Placer Municipal Utility District (the District) employs a General Manager who administers all District activities, services, and employment. The District retains a General Counsel to advise the Board on legal and regulatory matters. The District currently has 23 employees to provide Customer Service, Billing and Accounting, Office Administration, Engineering, Construction and Inspection, and Field Operations and Maintenance.
